JUNIOR HIGHLIGHTERS

The Seton Juniors Dance Team have just completed their 20th season! This year's team was made up of 20 seventh and eighth graders from feeder schools around the Cincinnati area. These girls have set their goals high, committed to the details, bonded in friendship and their love of dance. They have quickly achieved the ability to dance together as one and encourage one another to constantly improve.

The Junior team had a great start with a win at UDA Camp and rolled right into full swing with AmeriDance, JamFest, and UDA competitions. Placing consistently in the top two placements at each contest, their drive to improve was commendable. Both the 'Bionic' pom routine and 'Fierce' jazz routine placed first at each Ameridance competition, and Jazz took home two Overall High-Point awards, beating out every Junior routine for the top scoring performance of each day.

At Jamfest Dance Super Nationals they gave the performances of their lives. Coming in Fifth place in Jazz and Second in Pom by only .07 on the final day is quite an accomplishment for this young team.
